Spinning step:
After the above step,
the wool must be ripe in order to be used as a cream. This is done in two ways.
1- Machine Method:
The washed and dried wool from the previous stage of the oil is mixed with the
necessary proportions (the purpose is to disperse the water and the wool is
better sprayed). The carding task is to fine-tune the fibers and convert the
spider webs to wick and also to determine the metric of the yarns. They make
wool into narrow strips called semiconductors. They are twisted and wrapped
(usually it is best to keep the creams low, of course One can also use non-stick
double cream and single cream depending on the number and type of carpet used).
2. By hand:
Hand-wool spinning is more common among
villagers and nomads in two ways. (A) By spindle: In this method, the wool is
first coiled on a wrist and guided to a spindle head. It turns into a semicircle
and then twists the spindle in a subtle way and turns it into a yarn and wraps
it around the spindle.
B) By wooden wheel: This wheel is mounted on a stand in the center of the wheel,
which rotates about itself, and at the same time attaches another rod to the
spinner as desired to guide the wool with
one hand to the rod. Sometimes in the S direction, they are either 2y or 3y.
Finally, I need to point out that the pads are usually blue, cream, red, and
white before use, and are applied in harmony with the original carpet color.
For example, if the surface of the carpet is
worm, cream wool is used but water wool is more common.
